QuestionPoint Demonstration



QuestionPoint provides virtual reference service and
management through a global library network. Library staff are able to
address local patron inquiries through an interactive, online
environment. This QuestionPoint demonstration will include the following
topics:
- Communication with patrons through online chat, instant
messaging, email, and more
- Elimination of handwritten patron transaction logs
- Statistical reports
- Customization of local knowledge and patron’s needs
- 24/7 cooperative by participating libraries
