Copy Cataloging with
CatExpress



CatExpress is OCLC's Web-based copy cataloging service
designed specifically for small libraries. Topics covered in this
interactive, live demonstration include searching, choosing the proper
record, setting and deleting holdings, entering information in optional
data fields, printing labels, retrieving MARC records for loading into
your local system, and using the Monthly Transaction Reports to monitor
your usage.

workshop without leaving your library. All you need is:
- a Windows computer with a connection to the Internet
- a web browser
- a microphone
- speakers
As Centra often requires a small download, it is essential
that you run the
Centra System Check at least two days before the workshop to
ensure that your computer is ready to attend.
