online class will address advanced features and uses of OCLC's
interlibrary loan service, WorldCat Resource Sharing.
Day One: Using the ILL policies directory, including setting up new
deflection policies Batch printing and updating of ILL requests
Effective searching techniques
Day Two: Constant data Custom
holdings ILL customization and statistics
