Portico
Portico provides a
permanent archive of electronic scholarly journals. Portico builds upon
and significantly advances JSTOR’s efforts to provide a trusted and
reliable community-based archive. By supporting Portico, libraries and
publishers take collective action to protect vulnerable resources
central to research and teaching. A Portico brochure provides more details. (Initial support for Portico
is provided by JSTOR , as well as The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation,
Ithaka, and the Library of Congress.)
