Oxford University Press Law Products Online

MLNC in cooperation with Oxford University Press (OUP), are pleased to offer member libraries the opportunity to subscribe to the online version of several Oxford products, including several legal products.

With the recent acquisition of Oceana Publications, Oxford University Press now has several online legal resources including:

Constitutions of the Countries of the World Online (CCW) offers access to 188 country constitutions with extensive expert commentary from leading scholars worldwide. Accurate, original English translations, plus the ability to search for topics across all nations makes Constitutions of the Countries of the World Online a must-have for anyone involved in constitutional or comparative law.

Constitutions of the United States: National and State Online (CUS) consists of the most complete and up-to-date American constitutions: the United States Constitution, each of the 50 state constitutions; plus constitutions of fifteen U.S. territories including the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia.

Constitutions of Dependencies and Territories Online (CDT) boasts expert English translations and thoughtful commentary on the constitutions of 40 countries and their 170 dependencies and territories, as well as the federal constitutional provisions that define the relationship between a state and its dependencies or territories.

Treaties and International Agreements Online (TIAO) is the fastest, most cost-effective way to get current, comprehensive and accurate text for over 17,000 treaties and international agreements in over 40 topical categories. User-friendly and updated monthly, TIAO is the most up to-date source for U.S. treaties, even more timely than official government publications.

New York Code of Professional Responsibility and Ethics Opinions Online (NYCPR) is a fully annotated online guide to the ethics guidelines that all lawyers practicing in New York State must follow. With expert commentary by legal ethics scholar Mary C. Daly (Dean, St. John's University School of Law), this searchable database enables lawyers to provide legal services that meet the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct more easily than ever before.

The Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law Online (EPIL) is the new edition of the definitive reference work on public international law. The Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law Online will include search functionality and click-through cross references to other Encyclopedia entries as well as related content in the online service Oxford Reports on International Law. A print edition will become available in 2010.

Oxford Reports on International Law (ORIL) is the premier online service integrating important decisions on public international law from international courts and tribunals, domestic courts and ad hoc tribunals. Integrating the full scope of international case law for the first time in an easy-to-navigate online environment, this new resource draws upon the expertise of leading scholars and practitioners to provide high quality, timely reports and analysis. All subscriptions include free access to the Oxford Reports on International Courts of General Jurisdiction content module.

Investment Claims (IC) offers more than 300 full-text investment awards with authoritative commentary and regular updates to follow. Complimenting the official documents and commentaries are investment treaties and treaty sector overviews; relevant international treaties and domestic legislation from jurisdictions including the US and UK; arbitral rules; and online versions of key Oxford University Press arbitration books and journal articles.
