are pleased to offer member libraries the opportunity to subscribe to
the online version of several Oxford products, including The Oxford Dictionary of
National Biography.
The Oxford Dictionary of
National Biography includes the stories of 50,000 men and women who
shaped the history of the British Isles and beyond, from the earliest
times to the year 2000.
- 50,000 biographies and 60 million words record the lives of the
men and women who shaped all aspects of British history, from the
explorer Pytheas of the fourth century BC to modern figures who died
before 31 December 2000. Sample a few of these lives every week by
signing up to receive biographies of the week by e-mail.
- 10,000 expert contributors worldwide, 450 specialist advisers and
a fifty-strong editorial team have worked for over ten years to

Pricing is available for fiscal year July 1 - June 30.
Ordering
Subscriptions for Oxford Dictionary of National Biography run on a
July to June subscription year. Subscriptions may start at any time, but
will be prorated to end on June 30.
