MLNC Academic eBook
Collection Three

MLNC is pleased to offer the MLNC Academic eBook Collection Three.
The collection is now open for ordering.
Content and features of the MLNC Academic eBook Collection Three:
- The first half of the collection has been ordered from an initial
title list of 2007 and 2008 titles.
- The other half of the collection will be chosen from
approximately 900 selected titles that meet our subject criteria in
a Patron-Driven Acquisition program (PDA). Patron usage will
determine which titles from this pre-selected pool of content is
purchased to complete the collection.
- A shared Ready Reference Collection may be purchased as a
separate collection with the Academic eBook Collection Three at a
discounted price. Ready Reference Collection includes 100 reference
titles with 2006 or 2007 publication dates and is a one-time
purchase.
- Content for undergraduate students in community colleges,
colleges, and universities
- Current imprints
- MARC records will accompany the titles in the collection at no
cost. The first set of records will be for the initial title list and
all of the possible PDA titles. Once the PDA titles have been
chosen, a final set of MARC records will be sent to members to replace the first record
load.
- Ongoing access to all books for a one-time fee
- Available 24 hours a day/7 days a week
- Usage and collection development statistics and marketing ideas
