Ordering Subscriptions for LexisNexis databases
run on a July to June subscription year. Subscriptions may start at any
time, but will be prorated to end on June 30. Orders cannot be
cancelled or adjusted more than 30 days after invoicing. Please review
your order form and subsequent invoice for accuracy.

Access
Access
Access to Universe products is via IP address authentication. In this way,
LexisNexis can regulate customer access by identifying their users via the IP number the user's computer attaches to every message.
Access problems should be called into the
LexisNexis Customer Support group at 800-638-8380.
Remote Access
LexisNexis provides remote access for interested
libraries. Please keep in mind that in order to provide remote access a
library must first have the ability to authenticate its users. Remote
access is handled directly by LexisNexis Customer Service at
800-638-8380.
